Since 1967 Miller Service Co. has specialized in new construction H.V.A.C. installation work. We have worked on some of the most prominent homes in the Park Cities, North Dallas and Plano. We only do custom homes. A typical installation would have an all metal duct system, Lennox , Trane or Carrier equipment, and has a five year labor warranty as standard (in addition to manufacturer's warranty).

We provide the highest possible level of service from design to warranty service after job completion. Builders, architects and property owners expect H.V.A.C systems that are appropriate to the premier property they are building. We can deliver to their standards. All designs are completed under supervision of a registered mechanical engineer.
